These Terms and Conditions (also referred to as 'Terms') establish a legally binding agreement between the user and the operator of the Mummyland Treasures platform. This document aims to clearly define operational frameworks, mutual obligations, and procedures governing access to the digital services offered. By accessing our website, you voluntarily and consciously agree to these provisions. Carefully reading each section is essential to fully understand the service mechanics and protect your own interests online.

Navigating the Mummyland Treasures website, creating an account, or using any informational or interactive features constitutes clear and unconditional consent to all provisions in these Terms and Conditions. Users who do not fully agree with even one provision herein must immediately leave the website and cease using the offered services. Our digital platform does not allow partial acceptance of these terms; the Terms are indivisible and universally binding for all parties accessing it.

Opening a user profile on the platform is strictly governed by rigorous criteria. Mummyland Treasures does not offer services to individuals who have not reached the age of majority, i.e., 18 years (or older if mandated by internal regulations of the jurisdiction from which you log in). Registration requires users to provide authentic, fully accurate, and up-to-date identification data.

You are personally responsible for keeping your login credentials—username and password—strictly confidential. All operations and actions performed within the environment assigned to your account will be deemed conducted by you. If there are reasonable suspicions of a security breach or unauthorized login from another IP address, you are strictly obligated to immediately notify our support team of the incident. The operator reserves the right to request, at any time, documents verifying your identity to comply with international verification and security procedures.

Ensuring a secure, transparent, and fair environment is a priority for the Mummyland Treasures platform. Consequently, strict boundaries are placed on the permitted use of the service. Users commit to refraining from any actions that could disrupt, overload, or damage the server infrastructure or graphical interface.

Examples of categorically prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to: creating and using false or multiple accounts to circumvent imposed blocks or regulations; using automated software (bots, macro scripts) to interfere with the service’s systems; attempting reverse engineering of the software; exploiting software vulnerabilities for unfair advantage; money laundering or engaging in any criminal activity as defined by national and international laws. Detection of such practices results in immediate account suspension, potential fund confiscation, and notification to relevant authorities.

If using the platform, its specific stages, or features requires any financial contributions, users agree to adhere to the transparent rules defined in the corresponding payment section tabs. Any fund transfers to Mummyland Treasures, where applicable, must originate from legitimate sources, and bank accounts or e-wallets used for transactions must be registered under the name of the account holder on our platform. The operator may, for reasons related to payment gateway collaboration or network maintenance, impose specific, pre-announced operational fees. By accepting deposits in advance, users consent to potential currency conversion or deductions according to intermediaries' fee schedules.

Utilizing specific services offered via online platforms, where decisions and interactions involve personal budget engagement or random challenges, inherently entails objective risk of losing committed capital. Mummyland Treasures provides infrastructure for entertainment/technological software and explicitly does not promise, forecast, guarantee, or imply any success, financial gains, positive returns, or favorable emotional outcomes. Every user engaging time or funds with the service assumes full responsibility for any losses or negative results from their individual decisions. We recommend practicing restraint and rational calculation.

The entire structure of the service—including source codes, UI/UX design, logos, trade names, copyrighted texts, graphics, audio effects, and database compositions related to Mummyland Treasures—constitutes the exclusive intellectual property of the operator or affiliated entities. It is protected under copyright, trademark laws, and relevant international conventions. Providing access to users in no case transfers licensing or rights to copy, reproduce, publish, or commercially exploit any part of the service. Permitted use is limited solely to personal, non-commercial purposes, in line with the intended function of the platform’s services.

The Mummyland Treasures interface may include referral links directing to pages, products, or portals operated independently by third parties. These serve solely to expand information, improve integration (e.g., payment platforms), or provide external data. Mummyland Treasures exercises no substantive or technical control over the content of external sites, and therefore assumes no liability for any damages, privacy violations, or financial losses resulting from navigation to domains managed by other owners. Any such redirection is made at your own informed risk, and you should review the terms and conditions prevailing there beforehand.

The Mummyland Treasures services are provided in their current state ('as-is') and availability ('as-available'), in legal terms. We make no warranties regarding absolute or uninterrupted software reliability, complete absence of network delays, system errors, or 100% operational compatibility with all market-end devices. The operator expressly excludes liability for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, lost profits, hardware damage, or data loss, unless local laws mandate otherwise. The maximum liability cap for alleged negligence (if determined so) shall not exceed the sum of transactions directly conducted by the user over the preceding six months, provided such cap applies reasonably to the dispute.

We retain full administrative authority to unilaterally decide on terminating specific platform elements or the entire system if market necessity arises. Furthermore, upon proven or highly likely breach of the Terms, malicious user behavior, or explicit written request by regulatory or law enforcement authorities, Mummyland Treasures may suspend, restrict, or permanently close a user account immediately and without prior written notice.

The concluded agreement, terms of use, and any other applicable regulations governing the service are interpreted in accordance with the applicable legal norms of the country: Poland. Any misunderstandings or potential disputes arising directly from the use of the platform shall, in the first instance, be resolved through mutual negotiations with the assistance of the Customer Support Office. In the absolute absence of a possibility to reach a mutual amicable agreement, any disputes shall be subject to resolution by the competent general courts having both territorial and subject-matter jurisdiction over the territory of the Republic of Poland, unless absolutely applicable consumer regulations prescribe a different, superior procedure in favor of the local user.
